We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented media buyer to oversee the media buying across our Paid Social and Paid Search accounts with a strong understanding for creative on these platforms. This individual will be pivotal in the ad creation process and drive requests for new creative content and strategy to fuel growth as well as launch new ad platforms and technologies with a focus on ROAS, net new revenue and customer acquisition. This team member will work closely with our creative teams to collaborate on what is performing well and assist in generating a pipeline of creative ideas to test. This person will have the chance to be challenged both analytically and creatively, while helping grow a strong portfolio of

Global Marketing Manager  Paid Media Planner

Roles & Responsibilities

On a global basis lead the definition and execution of paid media programs in support of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Develop a plan to reach target audience and help advance them across the buyers journey at the right time with the right message.

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns globally and as an overlay to support regional marketing execution 
  • Manage a Global budget to deliver data driven, targeted, and compelling global brand programs
  • Measure effectiveness and ROI to ensure we are investing the budget to deliver the highest return possible across various channels like LinkedIn, Google Ad Network, ABM and other social media channels.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting clear execution results on a regular cadence for high visibility and accountability of performance of paid media campaigns
  • Build processes that deliver the right media strategy that aligns with a larger campaign strategy.
  • Enable improved conversion rates across all stages of the sales funnel
  • Provide strategy, messaging concepts and direction of marketing assets across creative and content teams, which consist of content writers, designers, web developers, etc.
  • Ability to think and work creatively to deliver strong results
  • Strong sense of ownership in his/her/their work 
  • Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills to balance strategic thinking and execution of tactical activity including the ability to crisply communicate and present at an executive level

 

Qualifications

  • Media Planner A Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or communication; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • One-year experience working on B2B accounts; software industry is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of three-year experience as a media planner is preferred
  • Media tools and knowledge on PPC platforms for ABM, Programmatic, Paid Social and SEM
  • Excels in working with budgets and numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail financial acumen critical each day
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Creating Charts, Basic Formulas, etc.)
  • 3+ Years of relevant career experience, with 1+ years’ experience trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, DSP or Ad Network strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with key programmatic or digital media platforms
