Channel Program Manager, Global Cloud Services


The successful candidate for Channel Program Manager will join the Global Cloud Services Product Management organization supporting and advancing the adoption, deployment and usage growth of cloud services with CloudBlue Partners.

The successful candidate will own a portfolio of cloud services as well as existing and prospective clients.  Driving key performance indicators of customer advocacy, delivery and business results, an effective candidate will be accountable for how CloudBlue organizes and executes against ISV portfolio growth strategies, while rationalizing CloudBlue's delivery against client business success factors.  Critically, the successful candidate will be an advocate for clients in the CloudBlue organization and will desire to grow and renew business and expand its value.

As a CloudBlue evangelist, the successful candidate will form, nurture and strengthen business relationships with key senior leaders at existing and prospective CloudBlue Partners to understand their business strategies, advocate how CloudBlue can advance success as a well-aligned true Partner, commit CloudBlue to plans of delivery action and roadmapping, and report progress in regular executive business reviews.

The successful candidate will act as CloudBlue Cloud Services Product Management's brand ambassador for new business opportunities and issues, acting to contain and address constructive partner feedback with a goal to having Partners as valued advocates instead of detractors.

To promise delivery to Partners with credibility, the candidate will engage with internal delivery and development functions, using an understanding of their capacity and methods to set plans of action and to hold them to account, including performance reviews to leadership.  In setting plans, the successful candidate will exercise good judgement and knowledge about overarching CloudBlue strategies and balancing the needs of the entire infinite ecosystem of ISVs and Products.

As a citizen developer
 in the modern world, the ideal candidate will possess the abilities to create data visualizations of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support continuous improvement in Partner Advocacy Score trends, quality and timeliness of CloudBlue delivery, adoption of new ISVs and Products and growth in value of transacted business.

Supporting a high-velocity and rapidly evolving business, a candidate will feel personal ownership of market successes, and constantly seek to implement or improve processes, standards, and operational plans that will positively impact the achievement of functional results.

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for Cloud Services delivery planning, prioritization and quality execution to CloudBlue Partners, including aggressive time-to-market goals of cloud providers and customers.
  • Accountable for aligning CloudBlue's delivery efforts with respect to cloud services and products to Partner strategies and CloudBlue objectives.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with Partner leadership as CloudBlue advocates from for growth strategies in cloud services and products.
  • Develop account value and maturity strategies to inform delivery prioritization and post-delivery market traction and growth
  • Institute partner listening and feedback mechanisms to benchmark CloudBlue performance and to contain and address leader team escalations.
  • Demonstrate positive trending of Partner Promoter Scores with objective that valued Partners are Advocates.
  • Professionally challenge and guide engineering, operations, product management, marketing and channel teams to exceed Partner expectations.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets.
  • Take ownership of a business span of accountability, self-develop, and utilize key performance indicators to measure success, re-vector quickly and as often as markets dictate in order to keep at the forefront.
  • Consistent reporting of progress of strategic imperatives, using quantitative measures, surfaced business intelligence, and qualified statements of expertise.
  • For complex challenges, bring forward novel solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with business area objectives.
  • Internally recognized technical or business change agent. Uses a sense of continuous improvement and curiosity to integrate market research and emerging technologies into company product platforms.
  • Improve on existing processes and practices with every use iteration. Apply a broad perspective to provide innovative solutions to a variety of complex issues.
  • Possesses a highly specialized level of technical expertise or business acumen. Extensive breadth and depth of knowledge arrived through exposure to emerging technological advancements or complex business situations.


Requirements:

  • Four-year post-secondary degree in one of Business Management, Business Development or Product Management
  • MBA or additional relevant professional experience in Portfolio Management or Program Management.
  • Minimum 7 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
  • Cloud Services (Commercial, Operational, Strategic) experience with a strong focus in Adobe, Amazon, Cisco, Google, Microsoft and similar strategic ISVs.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, forming strategic plans, delivering business reviews to be used by leadership audiences.
  • Achievement in managing client leader relationships that deliver value to client and employer.
  • Skills in grooming business intelligence and visualizations by mining numerous disparate operational data sources, including CloudBlue Connect, PowerBI sources and JIRA.

 

Our Hybrid Work Program is now live for our office associates. As part of this approach, we will host most of our interviews on-site, but some interviews maybe conducted virtually over the phone or through video.
