The successful candidate will communicate how our unique cloud strategy will unlock revenue opportunities for our reseller partner base and more importantly, solutions and business process enhancements for their customers.  Ingram Micro Cloud offers channel partners access to a global marketplace, expertise, solutions, and enablement programs that empower organizations to configure, provision and manage cloud technologies with confidence and ease.


We have a great opportunity available for a Sr. Cloud Growth Specialist, Microsoft SaaS focused on Microsoft’s Modern Work and Business Applications portfolio. If you have a successful track record helping organizations navigate their journey to cloud-based platforms, this is a great chance to excel at what you love doing.  This role is designed to exceed all sales targets, help our channel partners adopt new technologies to transform their companies, effectively communicate the advantages of various cloud solutions, evangelize the benefits of the Ingram Micro Cloud portfolio, and help drive cloud adoption throughout the IT channel in Canada. 



  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on driving new recurring revenue through new partner recruitment and expanding existing accounts
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Modern Work and Business Applications strategy by connecting Microsoft’s Digital Workforce/Microsoft 365, Seamless Security and Next Gen Windows Experience solutions together
  • Ability to educate partners on the Microsoft Modern Work value proposition and relate it back to their customers’ business needs
  • Growing profitable sales, activations, and market share of the Microsoft Modern Work and Business Applications stack
  • Proven ability in helping partners succeed and driving partners’ business transformation journey in the cloud leading with Microsoft solutions
  • Effectively communicate and educate channel partners on the benefits of the Ingram Micro Cloud strategy
  • Resolving escalations on complex functions of order management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately track and manage all sales activities and updates within Microsoft CRM pipeline management tool
  • May travel up to 10% (which includes US travel)


 Job Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the IT industry, the cloud landscape, distribution, and Ingram Micro’s role in each
  • An exceptional focus on customer satisfaction through one-to-one, one-to-many and cross-market activities
  • Be able to work independently and to manage their time across multiple priorities and deliver against targets
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, managing partnerships and delivering against ambitious targets
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving agility, proven multi-tasking skills
  • Proven capabilities in sales negotiations and operational/transactional experience



University degree or College diploma, minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT services role, and 1 year experience selling cloud services
