We are currently recruiting for a Business Analysts and/or Functional Analyst for our Professional Services Automation ERP application team. The objective of this role is to maintain and support business processes on the application. However we also have to globally implement of the tools and hence implementation project would also equally responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have following skills,
Responsible for execution of tasks related to the support, maintenance and documentation of information systems running on Microsoft Dynamics 365 PSA or any other Professional Service Automation application.
Relevant functional or Analysts experience on any Professional Service Automation application
Should have basic understanding of functional knowledge of Project Management and Financial Modules.
Should have basic understanding of Microsoft flows.
Liaise with countries/business/departments and understand business processes and ensure these are correctly mapped with the system. Analyze business requirements and recommend implementation approach
Should demonstrate skills to lead team of ERP as well as with team members in different locations.
