  In recent years, the demand for services to manage and extend the life of technology products has increased sharply. In response, Ingram Micro Lifecycle offers state-of-the-art solutions to address the return, refurbishment, repair and remarketing of technology products. These services enable operators, retailers, insurers, enterprises and OEMs to maximize the life of technology products through a suite of environmentally responsible solutions.

This opportunity can be  work in a hybrid capacity from one of our facilities. 

Your Role:



Position Summary:
  • Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships for an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities.
  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account; may conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.


What you bring to the role:
  • Supervises support level employees.
  • Sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
  • Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports and stakeholders. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to moderate level of control and review.
  • Supervises support level associates (clerks, production associates, technicians) in an organization characterized by high transactions or processes.
  • Sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team to ensure task completion.
  • Assignments are largely established in accordance with schedules and deliverables.
  • Contributes to the development of processes and procedures and ensure that employees operate within these guidelines. Can make exceptions to some but not all processes and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of department processes.
  • Point person to resolve issues elevated by support personnel.


High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Four year college degree not required but strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience and 1 year of leadership experience.
