The Marketing Claiming Specialist will be responsible for the financial claiming of the Marketing budgets across different regions. The job holder is accountable for the administration of the related Marketing campaigns and their coordination between different counterparties. 

Upgrade your Talent by:

• End-to-end support on the Marketing Claiming Process
• Keep track of the deadlines
• Serve as intermediary between the related departments (Finance, Marketing, Business Management)
• Gather and review Proof of Performance regarding various Marketing campaigns
• Communicate with different management levels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Local & Central Marketing organization
• Support internal and external reviews
• Track transfers of funds to appropriate countries
• Execute administrative tasks supporting vendor funding and related processes

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related 
• Excellent MS Office knowledge – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excellent English - written and verbal
• Еxceptional attention to detail
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
