Our Admin Specialist
• Manages fast and effective the incoming queue of orders from the business country
• Courageously enters orders into system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements. Orders may be received via e-mail, electronic (EDI, XML), or other relevant sources.
• Is Guru in checking order against authorization scheme
• Enjoys maintaining the order queue to secure a smooth business process within the KPIs set
• Executes good interaction with other departments to resolve customer situations
• Quickly deals with addresses customer inquiries related to open orders (ETAs, order status updates, product information, pricing, etc)

• Can multi-task and respond to rapid change without any worries
• Understands well the principles of MS Office Programs
An advantage is if you also:
• Have 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience
