Your role:
-Performs administrative assignments and analysis that are non-secretarial in support of a department and not specified under another Job Family Group.


What you bring to the role:

-Seasoned individual contributor.
-Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
-Provides assistance to the CCE and the team.
-Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
-Makes minor adjustments to working methods.
-Explains practices, procedures and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the job area.
-Provides support at a senior level.
-Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job.
-May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.
-Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
-Generally works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
-Normally receives little instruction on daily work.
-Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
-May be informal team leader.
-Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 year experience in functional area. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
-Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
-Support on organizational and business processes to assist the CCE leader on business planning which is fully aligned with overall business goals.
-Help to follow up on plans and design business processes in order to improve and support business systems and activities. 
-Uses data to consolidate information and utilizes data to support the CCE to determine potential changes. 
-Works closely with multiple departments.   
-May sit on client/customer meetings related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented. -Problems typically are not routine and require analysis, judgment and initiative.
-Makes minor adjustments and enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness of area.
-Help create, update business meetings, presentations in the team 
-Project plan and follow-ups coordination
-Schedule vendor/customer/business meetings 
-Maintain outlook calendar 

Salary Range: 

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $41,800 - $54,400 - $66,900 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
