The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the over-all recruitment support services with focus on Onboarding, Pre-employment requirements (not limiting to Medical and Background Checks), Reports creation and generation, Recruitment Administration as well as other Recruitment/ Onboarding projects. As the Associate Professional for Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible in ensuring that all new hires have a smooth transition from offer acceptance to one month in the role as well as ensure that all types of recruitment support are completely provided.
