Summary of Role:
The EDI Manager B2B Integration Solutions has primary responsibility for managing a team of IT analysts integrating EDI/API Solutions (eCommerce). Integration Solutions is the IT business to business (B2B) electronic exchange of information with external trading partners. This position will oversee team performance of working with external partners (customer, vendor, transportation or service provider) and internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training and communication is performed in conjunction with all service levels, policies and procedures.
In this role, you will:
Oversee team preparation of detailed user, functional and design specifications for technical teams employing user case documents, diagrams, screen mockups as applicable
Work with the external trading partners, Ingram Micro business teams, to identify, represent and ensure accurate translation of Integration Solutions requirements in the areas of OTC, P2P, SCE and FIN. Scope of responsibilities includes transactional integration as well as external reporting requirements.
Business Process Mapping - promote Standard EDI/API mapping and manage requirements for custom mapping, enhancements and or fixes
Develops and executes staffing plans based on current and anticipated needs.
Establishes performance goals, develops measurable performance standards, and establishes necessary checkpoints to monitor progress.
Large project planning/design and supervision of project execution.
Acts as a resource to the team & business units in the application of eCommerce technologies.
Provide supporting responsibility for the formulation of IT strategy or plan to support North America Strategic Initiatives.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Relevant Science and Math disciplines with an IT emphasis is required, Masters preferred.
A minimum of 10+ years of programming and systems design, deployment and management are required.
Knowledge of B2B integration technologies including API/EDI/RosettaNet
Understanding of data transport methods such as VAN, AS2, SOAP, SFTP, HTTPS
Knowledge of integration methods to SAP ECC (IDOC, BAPI, RFC)
Functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain and/or Finance
Full cycle ERP implementation experience
May require off hours for global needs
Potential for travel

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $95,700.00 - $162,700.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
