How Our Team Works: As part of our Purchasing Controller team, you will play a crucial role in managing purchasing and imports to support our sales and marketing teams. You will ensure effective inventory management, timely reporting, and compliance with company and vendor deadlines. Collaborating with regional partners, you will implement global initiatives and adapt campaigns to meet the unique needs of your market.

What you'll do: As a Purchasing Controller, you’ll be critical in managing purchasing and imports. Your role in making an impact in:
Raising and placing orders as per the agreed purchasing schedule.
Expediting shipments, managing sales order backlog, and handling short shipments and damages.
Setting up logistics for new vendors and managing freight from origin to warehouse or customer location.
Generating timely reports, managing rotations to maximize rebates, and maintaining system data for part numbers, backlog dates, and contracts.
Collaborating with vendors and teams to finalize rotations and manage contracts.
What would make a great fit:
You have a bachelor’s degree in purchasing, supply chain, or related field with1 to 3 years of experience in a purchasing role.
You are fluent in the English language.
You have some Experience in logistics and inventory management.
You have some Proficiency in generating reports and managing system data.
You are able to collaborate effectively with vendors and teams.
