About the Team:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team with a national account focus, primarily driving Cisco Security and Networking sales through Ingram Micro. In this role, you will collaborate with field and inside sales teams and technical resources to land, expand, and grow partnerships within this dynamic space.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong sales background, preferably with field sales experience.
  • Sales and technical knowledge of Security solutions, including their integration into environments and strategies to position these solutions for customers and their end users.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Software, and Enterprise Agreement (EA) sales cycles.
  • Cisco experience is a plus, though relevant Security Sales experience is also highly valued.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Daily Responsibilities
This role will involve:

  • Traveling as needed. (up to 25 -50%)
  • Managing sales pipelines and leading teams.
  • Conducting outbound partner engagements, cadence calls, and solution-solving discussions.
  • Enabling partners through strategic efforts and fostering growth opportunities.

Hybrid Work Schedule

  • In-office presence required three days per week.

Compensation Details

  • Compensation structure: 60/40 Base/commission split.

Experience/ Education:

Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
