John Edridge: A Journey of Growth and Leadership at Ingram Micro Lifecycle

With six years of dedicated service, John has climbed the ranks from a senior commercial role to his current position, thanks to his hard work and the support of Ingram Micro Lifecycle. 

John's journey is marked by continuous learning and development. He completed a Harvard Organizational Leadership program through Ingram Micro, which he describes as an incredible experience. "The program was heavily focused on emotional intelligence, giving me the knowledge to understand what motivates different demographics of each individual," John shares. 

Innovation and growth are at the heart of Ingram Micro's operations. John appreciates the fast-paced environment and the company's commitment to providing market-leading solutions to clients. He also values the focus on internal talent development. "What I've learned is that it's always best to promote talent from within the business with people who are committed and understand the core values and culture of Ingram Micro," he says. 

John takes pride in the multicultural diversity within the Norwich organization. As the Site Director, he is responsible for client delivery, operational performance, the well-being of approximately 800 staff members, and P&L delivery. He credits the incredible management team for their day-to-day support in achieving these goals. 

Work-life integration is another aspect that John values at Ingram Micro. The company offers flexibility, including opportunities to work from home, which allows John to spend quality time with his children. "Ingram Micro provides me with the flexibility to see my children," he notes.
