Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze customer requests, providing appropriate products and solutions.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training.
- Contribute to product positioning by conducting market and competitor analysis.
- Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, organizing trainings for partners and/or their customers, delivering presentations, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in presales processes and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented and results-driven working skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with Palo Alto products and solutions.
- Possession of Oracle technical certifications.
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales support processes.
