Job Summary:
- Advanced and strong proficiency in analysis, investigation and communication
- Involvement in innovation, automation, project initiatives, project implementation and process improvement
- BPO experience is an advantage
- POC/SME background
- Strong technical skills in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- AP process and operations (Trade and Non-Trade)
- Proficient in data gathering and data storytelling
- Formulate ideas in project testing, deployment and implementation
Qualifications:
- 2-year Degree or bachelor's degree related to Business Administration
- Banking, Finance or industries related to accounting
- Strong Accounts Payable background is needed
- At least 2 years of experience in payment forecasting, scheduling, vendor management, employee claims and reimbursements
- Account Reconciliation
- Amenable to work 10-12 days onsite per month
- Role is in a morning shift Manila time
- Office Location: 12F Three World Square, Upper McKinley Hills, Taguig City (landmark: Venice Grand Canal Mall)
