Location:
This position is based in our Buffalo, NY office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule with a few days remote per week.
Program details:
We offer internships across a variety of departments and locations throughout the U.S., giving you the chance to work at one of our dynamic offices. Our internships are hybrid, blending hands-on, in-office experience with the flexibility of remote work. Expect to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Beyond just work, our program includes exclusive opportunities for growth, like personalized learning & development sessions, interactive training, executive speaker events, and exciting group projects. You’ll connect with top leaders, build your professional network, and gain invaluable experience that sets you up for success in your career!
Important dates:

March – April: Recruiters and hiring managers will review applications and reach out to candidates on a rolling basis. Timing of outreach for each internship position may vary, and some interviews might start sooner than others, but candidates can expect to hear by the end of April if selected for an interview.

Department summary:
This role will support the Human Resources – Belonging & Inclusion department. Ingram Micro strives to be one of the most inclusive technology companies in the world. We engage, educate, and elevate all associates across Ingram Micro by creating inclusive programming initiatives and learning opportunities that foster a sense of belonging where all associates feel connected, valued, and can thrive.
Your role:
Assist team in projects, data collection, and inclusive initiatives, while gaining practical experience in corporate social responsibility and inclusion
Assist Belonging and Inclusion Advisor with inclusive programming planning/execution
Serve as administrative support to include presentation prep, meeting notetaking, email follow-ups
Help design relative and creative content for inclusion and how it can be leveraged for learning across Ingram Micro
What you bring to the role:
Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Sociology, Business, Communications, or similar field
Excellent organizational, communication skills, and program design
Relevant experience with software such as MS Office Suite, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Background leading, developing, or working with inclusive initiatives or programs
Presentation skills, content creation, skills in design software like Canva, Adobe, etc.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
