Your role in our team
As Vendor Manager for Microsoft & AWS, you are the primary link between Ingram Micro and two of the world’s most powerful cloud players. You’ll manage all aspects of the vendor relationship—from strategy to execution—and ensure that both internal and external stakeholders stay aligned and energized.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic challenger. We’re looking for someone who can hold their own, negotiate confidently, and bring everyone to the table. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing team, sales teams, and vendor representatives to drive business growth and vendor satisfaction.
What will you do?
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Microsoft and AWS within Ingram Micro BeLux.
- Organize and lead quarterly business reviews, presentations, and strategy sessions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve vendor issues, drive satisfaction, and manage escalations.
- Negotiate contracts, funding, and headcount directly with vendor managers.
- Oversee marketing strategy execution and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Challenge the status quo and push for creative, value-driven solutions.

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a vendor management, category management, or partner-facing role.
- Knowledge of vendor/channel dynamics or experience in similar ecosystems.
- Worked for or with a major vendor or partner in the tech industry.
- High energy, curiosity, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment.
