Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this role is to define and drive the key initiatives, solution offerings and evangelizing Ingram Micro Offerings to partners. This role will entail the candidate to be abreast on the latest in cloud technology space.

We are seeking candidates with strong technical approach (in either traditional on-premises Infrastructure or cloud Infrastructure solution) and have proven his mettle delivery projects in commercial projects. The activities are related to:

• Design, testing and implementation of Cloud based system architectures especially for Microsoft Azure
• Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and various deployment methodologies with best practices
• Engage with Sales and customer and drive engagement from technical standpoint
• Develop architecture to satisfy customer requirements and ensure system stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability
• Migrate enterprise application(s) to the Cloud
• Build, designed and architected applications for the Cloud
• Evaluate and recommend technology or solution based on technical capabilities, functionalities, costs vs benefits and risks criteria
• Define, document and communicate project progress to client stakeholders and project teams
• Provide support for infrastructure framework by responding to escalated issues, troubleshooting errors and developing technical solutions
• Participate upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
• 2+ years experience in technical presales: describe, document, and articulate solutions to address large, complex, multi-platform system opportunities
• Accountability and a strong customer service drive 
• Nice to have Azure Infrastructure Hands-on skills
