We are looking for a person who will take care of the company's development, will be responsible for the smooth functioning of subordinate operational and support departments, will look for optimization, implement new projects, policies and procedures. Will develop key relationships with customers and suppliers. Will support teams to resolve issues, suggest improvements and implement projects. Will ensure proper flow of information and collaboration with teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing subordinate teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, IT, Finance, Engineering & Development).
• Goal setting and KPIs, result oriented.
• Implementation of strategies ensuring the company's development.
• Responsibility for company development.
• Coordinating the work of managers in their areas.
• Managing purchases, procedures and efficiency.
• Responsibility for professional customer service and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Quality assurance of provided services

Your profile:

• Experience in managing a team (min 200 people) of more than 5 years, including 3 years in a similar position in the industrial sector (electronics, automotive, manufacturing, service) - a necessary requirement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very good written and oral communication in English.
• Collaborative and influencing skills.
• Experience in managing, motivating and developing a subordinate team.
• Skills in effective prioritization and goal orientation.
