Role Overview  

The Cyber Market Leader will be accountable for driving the next level of growth, strategic positioning, and P&L management of the Cyber Services practice. He/She  

will be a strategic business partner and influencer to grow our Cyber business, scaling our ability to sell and deliver services around Ingram Micro's Cybersecurity  

Solutions around Cyber consulting and Assessment Services, Installation and configuration Services and Support/Managed Services.  

Key Responsibilities  

Work with Executive Leadership, GTM and Country teams on formulating differentiated partnership, co-selling, GTM, business development and account  

management / account growth strategies for the practice, driven by differentiated solutions & services offerings  

Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of Cyber services to prospects and clients  

Expand the business within existing accounts and help clients, by building and sustaining strategic executive relationships, doubling up as their trusted business  

technology advisor  

Work with Sales and Pre-Sales on business development activities  

Position differentiated and custom solutions to clients, based on the market trends, specific needs of the clients and the supporting business cases  

Provide proactive support to clients and prospects to ensure their successful adoption of Cyber and partner technologies  

Build new Cyber service capabilities, solutions, assets, accelerators and team competencies by leveraging OEM partnerships  

Evangelize the Cyber technology and offerings to both internal/external stakeholders  

Manage business relationships with the Cyber OEMs, Partners & eco system players and demonstrate edge over competition  

Develop a compelling Cyber services strategy and develop propositions that leverage industry experience  

Manage multiple opportunities through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary  

Manage relationships/agreements with external clients/vendors  

Education  

Graduate/Engineer/MBA (Preferred) from reputed insititues  

Certification in Cross Functional areas viz. Solution Architecture, ITIL/ITSM, Togaf etc. will be good to have, also specific Cyber certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH  

and OEM certifications  

Skills and Experience  

Experience in developing and delivering cutting edge Cyber solutions  

Proven relevant experience as a delivery head or practice head building Cyber capabilities and services  

Prior experience of playing a leadership role in large transformation programs around Cybersecurity  

Experience working with a matrix organization of sales, delivery and marketing teams across the globe  

Extensive experience working with the major Cybersecurity Solutions and OEMs such as IBM, Cisco, PAN, Fortinet, McAfee etc.  

Proven business partnering and relationships skills  

Experience in working on proposals, presales activities and business development  

Results driven, digital native, with extensive experience in Cyber technologies  

Resilient and resourceful, not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed  

Thriving in a multicultural and multi-locations environment  

Excellent presentation skills to be able to accommodate conduct meetings with C-level clients  

Excellent leadership skills including influencing people, problem-solving skills, people management and visioning  

Build relationships with stakeholders within customers and build lasting relationships  

Solid understanding of Services Business including technology, costing/pricing, P&L, resources, delivery, solutioning  

Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, ability to develop IT solutions to business problems  

Worked with multi-cultural, multi-geo teams physically/virtually  

Applies advanced level of subject matter knowledge of Services Business to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of high or moderately  

complex scope.

Acts as an SME providing analysis of information and directional input. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
