To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for a Junior Credit Control in our Bucharest, Romania Office. 

Responsibilities

• Controls timely collection of claims;
• Sends dunning letters and bank journals registration
• Release of blocked orders after analyzing the customer receivables and credit limit
• Works, together with the Accounting, on tasks concerning regular annual audit of the company business operations;
• Operates with the creation, review and streamlining of procedures;
• Debtor query and reporting;
• Works within agreed limits to negotiate settlements, credit notes and write offs.
• Revise and control supporting documentation for buyers (contracts and collaterals)
• Collects financial parameters and other information concerning buyers
• Operative the insurance of claims and conditions of insurance validity in cooperation with the central team
• Monitors group limits for buyers who have determined group credit limit in Romania
• Communicates with the Sales Department about timely buyers’ limit approval
• Collects financial reports form buyers and records
• Communicates with the team concerning buyer’s control

Requirements

• Great English knowledge which includes writing and speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Graduate with 1-year relevant experience 
• Willingness to learn and eager to adapt to new challenges
• Diligent, responsible person who pay attention to details
