Ingram Micro is #hiringnow for a Demand Planner to manage inventory and supplier relationships. In this role, you’ll ensure exceptional service, streamline processes, and achieve budgetary goals. You’ll also facilitate monthly and annual rebates, enabling successful P&L outcomes.

 

This is a hybrid role based at our office in Doral, FL, and requires the qualified candidate to be onsite 2 days/week.

Your role:

  • Negotiate optimal purchase terms and benefits
  • Cultivate strong manufacturer relationships
  • Analyze the Balanced Score Card for inventory, sales, and profit margins
  • Monitor market trends and forecasts daily
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet objectives and KPIs
  • Manage rebate administration, as well as international purchases
  • Ensure SKUs, orders, and pricing are accurate and updated as needed
  • Internal stakeholders may include Sales, Finance, Advance Solutions, A/R, Inventory, and Purchasing
  • External stakeholders may include Suppliers, Logistics contacts and Operations leaders

 

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related role
  • 2-3 years position specific experience
  • Strong command of MS Excel (advanced skills)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Effective negotiation skills

The typical base pay range for this role in Miami, FL is USD $89,100 - $120,300 - $151,500 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
