We are looking for a Sr. Principal Visual Designer to join our team and help build the next generation digital platform used by global customers every day. You will have a direct impact on transforming a $50 billion company and 200,000+ businesses that transact with us by designing best-in-class user experiences.

Your Role
As a Sr. Principal Visual Designer, you will partner with engineering, product management, and business leaders to deliver high quality designs that get the customer’s job done and deliver positive business outcomes, while ensuring consistency across the platform.
You will use your creative superpowers to produce and re-use, UX and visual paradigms to help our users make data-driven decisions quicker and deliver an intuitive experience across multiple personas in complex scenarios. In your role as a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional Web and mobile products. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.

The visual designers’ responsibilities include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space, and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.

The typical base pay range for this role in Irvine, California is USD $116,600 - $157,400 - $198,200 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
