We are seeking an experienced Key Account Team Lead to join our team !

This role has a customer service focus and is responsible for leading the Key Account associates.  This role will cover the entire range of customer service from actively seeking and closing sales, to relationship management, ensuring effective communication, to order processing and problem resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with inside sales manager to support in day to day team management activities.
  • Monitor and balance team day to day tasks
  • Act as first level of escalation for the team and customers
  • Answer and resolve customer queries
  • Celebrate team wins and communicate challenges and remediation actions. 
  • Identify and communicate training requirements

  • IT industry knowledge
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to provide solutions to customers
