We are looking for a .Net Development Manager in Chennai to join our highly motivated team of talented individuals. .Net Development Manager designs, technically architects and manages the development and implementation of Warehouse Management/Supply Chain Systems. This position is responsible for delivering applications and projects from business requirements analysis to technical design, development and implementation. The Development Manager provides team oversight in ensuring timely delivery of projects/applications as well as provides mentoring to the applications development team. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the built functionality fully meets business requirements and quality expectations. The Manager is responsible to collaborate with other IS departments in India and US in order to ensure specific project alignment and technical strategy and roadmap and validating that the solution and integration architecture designs utilize integration architecture components appropriately.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Science and Math or related discipline with an IT emphasis is required.

• Overall 14+ years of experience of which current 5+ years as software development manager.
• 8+ years of experience in .Net, C#, ASP.Net etc. in medium to large scale projects and systems development.  
• Solid understanding and some experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle database
• Experience in MVC and Angular desired.
• Demonstrated background in turning business requirements into technical design, solution and specs.
• 7+ years of experience in code review and implementing best practices in .Net
• 5+ years of experience in leading .Net teams at offshore. Collaboration with US management and development teams across the globe (primarily in the US) is required. Orchestrating technical development activities of the Chennai team is one of the key requirements of this position.
• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery management – reviewing business requirements/use cases and architecting the technical solution, assigning work to the team members, code reviews, making sure that all projects are delivered on time and with quality, reporting project status, collaborating with peer managers and work toward a common goal.
• 5+ years of Supervisory experience is required.
