*This position is in the Irvine, California corporate headquarters and has the opportunity for hybrid work with up to three days remote per week.
Your role:
Ingram Micro has embarked on a multiyear digital transformation journey to overhaul our business support systems that run a distributed $50B+ global distribution enterprise with presence in 20+ countries. A key part of this transformation journey will be to leverage public cloud infrastructure for compute, storage and network needs. We are looking for a Lead Principal Cloud Architect to help develop and execute our multi-year cloud strategy.
We are looking for a leader who can work with application teams to assess cloud-capable and cloud optimized workloads and assist these teams with the use of available cloud services, best design and management practices and the use of cloud management tools. The Lead Principal Cloud Architect will be an expert in Azure, AWS, Google and emerging external cloud offerings as well as legacy infrastructure and internal cloud practices.
