Ingram Micro is looking for a Professional Marketing Specialist primary role is to help and assist Marketing Manager and Product Managers in Ingram Micro Chile and Peru for VMware. Developing a best, marketing plans, ensuring the success of activities planned and executed, presenting the results and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual vendor marketing plans as per vendor guidelines and following our company’s goals and objectives,
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual IM marketing plans as per Advanced Solutions Business Unit guidelines and following our company’s goals and objectives
• Planning & Implementation of quarterly marketing activities for VMware as per the marketing plans for Chile & Peru
• Internal marketing plan submitting on time together with Product Managers.
• Submitting vendor claims as per vendor guidelines
• Follow all internal marketing processes and procedures when planning and executing activities:
  1. to have pre-approved marketing activity form
  2. all execution only after internal approvals and purchase orders;
  3. marketing calendar to be followed;
  4. checklist & overall planning to be kept in mind, effective planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in a marketing position.
• Proven experience executing marketing plans for multiple products.
• Capability of multitasking and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external clients
• Experience in Digital Marketing focused on B2B
• Intermediate English
