Our Mississauga Ingram Micro office is hiring for a Full Time Permanent, HR Assistant.  This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of HR in a fast paced agile environment.

Reporting to the Canadian HR Director the HR Assistant  will be responsible for the following:

  • Administrator for Timekeeping System
  • Responsible for the coordination and execution of all  New Hire Onboarding Sessions
  • Assist with associate's payroll set up  
  • Maintain a professional customer service-oriented manner within the company and support the corporate image as per the HR departmental objectives and company policies.

Education Requirements:

Education:  Completed University Degree or College Diploma in a related program.  Working towards or completed CHRP.

Skills Required to be Successful

  • Ability to communicate well in a confident and professional manner. 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized. 
  • Strong organization skills and accurate filing and record-keeping.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Highly action-oriented and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Minimum of 1 year Co-op experience 

Experience and exposure to HRIS systems such as Workday would be a definite asset.  Jobvite, ATS knowledge is a bonus
