Senior Sales Specialist

The individual will be the responsible for continued growth of Ingram’s Ergotron business across all Ingram Reseller Partners in the UK & Ireland.
Role will cover the ownership and continued development of relationships for a solutions focused individual expected to have detailed understanding of Ergotron product & services from product suggestion to order completion.
Working internally as central point of all Ergotron opportunities responsible for the full cycle, from product suggestion, quotation, deal management & order completion supporting both internal & external ingram sales teams.
Accountabilities : • Build a strong knowledge of the Ergotron portfolio, how the products work and how to position • Increase breadth of new partners • Increase revenue spend of existing partners • Increase awareness of Ergotron within partners and Ingram • Be a central point of knowledge of the Ergotron portfolio and available promotions & program. • Win mind share of Ergotron internally within Ingram • Ensure all promotions/ communications related to Ergotron are launched correctly internally & externally • Provision of regular training to all internal sales teams • Creation of sales tools to support adoption/ awareness of attach opportunity • Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager • The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams • Run call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams Knowledge Skills and Experience: • Excellent communication skills • Initiative • Interpersonal Skills • Influencing sales teams • Building structured sales activity • High energy and motivating • Reseller engagement • Increase breadth of partners (new partners) • Increase revenue spend of existing partners • Lead gen, Sales Opportunity & Pipeline Management ‘
