Global Marketing Manager  Paid Media Planner

Roles & Responsibilities

On a global basis lead the definition and execution of paid media programs in support of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Develop a plan to reach the target audience and help advance them across the buyer's journey at the right time with the right message.

  • Experience working in Google AdWords, Bing ads, DoubleClick (DCM/Dart Search) platforms and running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN, Retargeting, RLSA, Video, and Shopping.
  • Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms)


  • Leadership: including leading day-to-day client operations, management of assistants, and POVs. You know how to train and supervise assistants and interns ensuring best-in-class strategy and execution. You know how to communicate with clients verbally, and in written form and have strong presentation skills.


  • Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities.


  • Cross channel integration: A passion for integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in learning paid social and programmatic digital (RTB, trading desks/DSP/DMP) strategies.


  • Additional experience with 3rd party digital ad tech such as ad servers, site-side analytics, DMPs, PMDs, and/or multi-touch attribution is a plus.


  • 3+ Years of relevant career experience, with 1+ years, of experience on Search Ads 360 and Bing.
  • One-year experience working on B2B accounts; software industry is a plus but not required
  • An expert in developing and implementing audience strategies to optimize Paid Search campaigns
  • Experienced in applying bid rules, buying methods, and automation to optimize and complement campaign management tasks
  • Proficient in using advanced features available within the native and 3rd party Paid Search platforms (SA360/Marin/Kenshoo etc.) and tracking platforms like GA, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics
  • Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels, budget, audience, formats, etc.) and present these back internally and to clients
  • Aware of how Paid Search can integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Able to devise a testing approach/roadmap delivering statistically significant results and insights Analytically minded with very good attention to detail, able to identify trends in large data sets
