Consulting

·       Supporting the UiPath Business Development teams in EMEA to bring in new services contracts for the RPA Professional Services Team

·       The Consultant will be able to confidently communicate the companies RPA Professional Service offering to existing Automation practice customers and be able to qualify new target accounts

·       As an Automation Expert for the company in EMEA, the Consultant will assist local internal teams in winning and subsequently delivering RPA Business Analyst expertise to multiple resellers and end user customers

Technical

·       Experience of RPA Consulting and Business Analyst processes, ideally having a working knowledge of all Automation tools from UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism

·       End customer facing RPA Consulting workshop experience, identifying processes suitable for automation

·       Delivering the RPA Business Analyst role in any project deliverables

·       The successful candidate is likely to have skills in Process Mining and Task Mining

·       Aware of security and legal compliance required for automation in public sector markets

·       Working with our Global and EMEA service delivery (Developer, Architect, Engineering) teams to provide successful process automation projects

·       Ideally to have extensive knowledge in the UiPath Product Platform as primary vendor

·       Documenting and sharing RPA Use Cases

Reporting

·       Managing end customer and automation partner project timeline and success reporting aligned with Business Development teams  

·       Regular reporting to multiple RPA and PS internal stakeholders for on-going projects

·       Weekly reporting into EMEA Senior Management for Professional Services pipeline and progress by Country

 Technical skills and Knowledge

Confident user of Microsoft Office, able to create PowerPoint presentations, model in Excel and report in Word/Teams as needed

Excellent understanding of RPA processes or minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst or project delivery role essential

Proficiency in Visio & process mapping documentation

Skilled experience of RPA tools, how they work and best fit processes

Formalised training in Business Analysis/Project Management or Lean Six Sigma qualification desirable

Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business processes

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Education and Experience

University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Prior experience working as a customer facing RPA analyst and delivery expert

3 Years’ experience in a similar role is essential

Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite for the position. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
