If you're unable to find a suitable position or are uncertain about which role aligns best with your skills and interests, you're welcome to submit a General Application. Our Talent Acquisition team will carefully review your submission and reach out if we identify a potential match for you.

Our recruitment process prioritizes efficiency and open communication. Following your application and if there is a match, we aim to conduct a prompt phone screen interview. Successful candidates proceed to a second interview with the recruiter and hiring manager(s), ideally scheduled within the same week. Additional interview rounds or tasks may be included for some positions to ensure a thorough assessment. We commit to providing feedback within two weeks of the final interview for a transparent and responsive hiring experience.

To check the status of your application within Ingram Micro, start by logging into your Careers account where you submitted your application. Next, click on the 'Candidate Home' button located at the upper right of the screen. In the 'My Applications' section, you'll find the status of your application.

Before your interview, ensure thorough research of the company, understanding its products/services, values, culture, and recent developments. Secondly, review the job description to understand the role that you applied for and its major responsibilities and required skills. Highlight specific achievements from your past that highlight the relevant skills and qualities for this position. Additionally, prepare answers for common interview questions and think of questions that you might want to ask the interviewers. Lastly, pay attention to details by setting up your computer, camera, and microphone for video interviews; choose a quiet, well-lit space free from distractions.

Yes, our current approach is a hybrid working model. You can enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, provided you spend a minimum of 5 days per month working from the office.

The program spans 6 months, usually from May to November, and offers a unique blend of practical on-the-job experience and essential business trainings. Interns have the opportunity to contribute to pivotal areas such as Sales & Customer Service, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and IT.
The recruitment process is fully remote, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience for potential interns.
