Welcome to Ingram Micro Global Business Services in Bulgaria. Global Business Services (GBS) is an Ingram Micro centralized service delivery organization serving Ingram Micro business units across different geographies, providing services and solutions including Go-to-Market, Finance, Cloud Support, and Technology Solutions to name a few.
We have approximately 25,000+ associates worldwide and 1,300+ in Bulgaria committed to serving our more than 161,000 customers and 1,500 vendor partners globally.

Leadership Team
Overseeing the daily operations of the +1,300 employees based in Sofia, my work is focused on fostering strategic partnerships within the organization and creating a strong brand to attract and retain great talent. With over 25 years at Ingram Micro, I've progressed through various roles, including Finance Director at Ingram Micro UK before transitioning to Bulgaria.
With 30 years of senior HR leadership globally, I currently serve as Executive Director, HR for Ingram Micro GBS, and in my position, I drive people & culture strategy, as well as leadership development. I hold a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Gent and a Postgraduate in Business Economics from the University of Leuven.
As the leader of a dynamic legal and compliance team in Sofia, my focus is on integrating legal strategy with technology solutions, cloud services, and life-cycle services. I am committed to excellence and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Beyond work, I am passionate about hiking, skiing, traveling, and reading.
I have been part of the company since the very beginning in 2012 when Ingram Micro first opened an office location in Bulgaria. With over 20 years in the IT industry, I now lead our GBS Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence and GBS Software Development organization.
I lead the Accounts Payable and Vendor Debit Desk teams in the Finance Department at Ingram Micro GBS. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional, I bring a background in quality assurance, project management, and service delivery excellence. Out of the office, I am a devoted mother, a passionate reader, and an enthusiastic traveler.
As one of the first 10 people to join Ingram Micro GBS in 2012, I now oversee a team of over 150 employees. Additionally, I take the lead in our Well-being pillar, organizing a variety of sports events, mental health initiatives, nutrition lectures, and other activities that promote work-life balance. I'm a certified yoga teacher focusing on vinyasa, ashtanga, and hatha yoga styles.
In my role as the Director of Go-To-Market, I oversee a team of 250+ employees, leveraging my 17 years of experience, 9 of which have been with the company. Additionally, I lead the Career Growth & Development pillar, where I manage a team of volunteers committed to to enriching the life of all Ingram Micro GBS associates, through education and initiatives fostering personal & career growth.
With over 20 years of experience in finance and business leadership, I manage General Ledger, AR operations, and monthly financial reporting for EU countries. My approach centers on cultivating strong employee engagement by driving partnerships and upholding values like innovation, quality, results, and collaboration. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in establishing and providing financial value-added services in GBS Sofia.

Yes, our current approach is a hybrid working model. You can enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, provided you spend a minimum of 5 days per month working from the office.
