We are seeking for an experienced Business Development professional with a background in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Solutions, or Data Center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise and practical knowledge in solution design, configuring Bills of Materials (BOM), conducting Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, and Technical Enablement.
The candidate should have strong presales skill of consultative or facilitative style and have experience handling technical requests in complex, multi-stakeholder environments from initial engagement through project closeout and ongoing project management with technical advisory. We are also seeking a candidate who excels in conversing and presenting to customers, demonstrating proficiency in both oral and written communication.
The candidate should be a good team player and exhibit broad product knowledge integrated with strong technology understanding and would be in possession of vendor product, sales, and technology certifications. Effective communication is a priority, the candidate should practice bilateral communication, by listening and understanding the others’ point of view and demonstrating the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, thereby contributing to their success.
Responsibilities:
This role offers a commission-based compensation structure and entails key responsibilities in the following areas:
- Engaging and cultivating strong rapport with partners, vendors and end users
- Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and continuously evaluating potential new product lines
- Conducting Channels training as required
- Providing Pre-sales support for Nvidia and AI technologies and solutions, including GPUs, and deep learning solutions, and identifying and analyzing customer requirements and architecture.
- Preparing solution design proposal for bids and projects, including proposed architecture and sizing, and ensuring project deadlines are met consistently.
- Offering technical sales advice/support for security solutions, including sizing, licensing, technical advice, presentation, proof of concepts, demonstration, and troubleshooting.
- Conducting project assessments and providing consultative services when meeting with prospects.
- Performing site survey and assessing customer’s IT infrastructure.
- Collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and end users when prospecting for business opportunities, including product presentation & technical enablement.
- Working with internal Product Managers & Business Managers to design marketing programs.
- Meeting vendor certification requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Business Development and Solution Architecture within enterprise-level solutions, data centers, or relevant industries.
- Proficient in Artificial intelligence, Enterprise Solutions, and Data Center fundamentals.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate technology solutions to customers and translate technical concepts into simple, understandable language.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a methodical approach, supporting business growth with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, self-motivation and rapid learning aptitude.
- Accountable for supporting the business managers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Exhibits a positive attitude an effective teamwork skills.
