Responsibilities:

Job Description

  • Create accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for server and storage products.

  • Collaborate with customers to ensure BOMs in order to meet technical requirements.

  • Keep track of customer requests and solve under agreed SLA.

  • Catch up the latest technology and provide suitable solution.

  • Work closely with product team to align business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in technical support role. Fresh Graduate will also be considered

  • Fluent in verbal and written technical English and Chinese communication

  • Able to work independently.
