Position Summary:
Strategic Partnership:* Collaborate with business leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BU -HR department's goals and objectives.
* Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:* Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent, based on business requirements.
* Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
* Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
* Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement:* Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
* Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution.
* Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the corporate organization.
Compensation and Benefits:* Partner with compensation and people operations teams to develop and administer competitive compensation plans.
* Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
* Educate corporate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:* Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns.
* Implement HR policies and procedures within the department and ensure consistent application and enforcement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:* Analyze HR metrics and data related to business performance, turnover, and employee engagement.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR and organization effectiveness.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and HR management.
Project Planning and Strategy:* Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
* Collaborate with leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with department objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
- 10-15 years of HRBP experience in a multinational company
- Academics: MBA Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges
- Industry exposure: Retail / FMCG / Distribution/ Technology only
- Location: 5 days Work from office
