About the Team:
This role reports to the Dir, Fin Plan & Analysis
The FP&A Decision Support team provides financial partnership to all Category (Vendor) Divisions and Customer Segments.
We work with our internal customers to help make business decisions that are best for Ingram Micro.
About the Role
The Financial Business Manager (FBM) acts as the financial conscious for the business they support, serving as a consultant and thought partner to elevate business operations.
FBM partners with the business with a focus on the profitability and working capital guidelines required by the business—providing financial models and recommendations.
They will support the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, providing regular variance analysis.
The FBM will work with all areas of the business, GTM and Back Office.
To be successful in the role, the associate would need to develop impactful partnerships, lead financial discussions, and serve as a financial sounding board for partners. FBM can support Business Leaders, Vendor Leaders, and Sales associates in making sound financial business decisions.
Key skills and knowledge:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work with and influence others in all levels of the business.
- Solid experience in budgeting/planning and forecasting
- Relationship building

Education/Experience:
Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 10 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience. Ability to make significant contributions to the company.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $95,700.00 - $162,700.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
