Hours: 11am - 7pm ET (start time may vary based on business needs)

Base Salary + shift differential of $3,250 + 10% annual target bonus.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will manage all available data from our systems and reports, work in progress (WIP), backlog, volume, and labor in order to make decisions to balance work on the lines (conveyors) and work stations in the ASRS (Towers). In this role, you'll release a balanced number of orders to keep the correct flow and FIFO of orders throughout the day with the objective of meeting order pull times (carrier times) on time every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes flow, backlog and work in progress (WIP) strategy and business processes related to them to assist in the development of solutions which are fully aligned with overall business goals.

  • Support and design business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities regarding to the flow of the building.

  • Uses industry knowledge to recommend options which will optimize flow and all the related processes.

  • Uses historical data, sales trends and operational metrics and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly). Works closely with multiple departments.

  • Utilizes data to determine potential changes.

  • Assists company in areas of solutions planning, impact analysis, and operational benefits.

  • Reply to sales team regarding client/customer inquires

  • Develop reports using Excel, Power BI and SQL.

  • Partner and reaches out to the other Sites to benchmark, look for problem resolution and best practices.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related discipline - or - equivalent work experience in warehouse / distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

  • Five or more years in fast paced, high volume distribution environment working with complex data

  • High system and transactional knowledge of total ALC, required.

  • Computer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI, programing software, and SQL, knowledge of WMS preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
