Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives
Provide technical consultancy to pre-sales engineers and sales managers at partner companies based on their needs
Deliver technical information about Cisco products to sales managers and customer representatives
Manage product promotions, presentations, and demo processes for Cisco solutions
Prepare detailed equipment lists, draft specifications, select appropriate products, and conduct competitive analysis
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of network technologies, including Cisco routing/switching, wireless LAN controllers, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
At least 2 years of industry experience with a strong ability to follow new technologies and trends
Proficiency in both written and spoken English for effective communication
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the sales team on projects
Preferably holding a CCNA certification or higher
