Your role:
Grow the Ingram Micro Technology Solutions Marketing business by developing new marketing strategies and developing and leading a team to transform our marketing programs to drive financial profitability and sales, and ultimately win net new vendor MDF business for Ingram Micro.
The Director, Brand Marketing and Programs will also help grow our USTS brand profile by leading the development of strategic marketing plans for our USTS business units. To accomplish this, the director will work closely with our executive leadership team, and key business unit stakeholders, to understand their business objectives and GTM strategies; and align and coach the Brand Marketing and Programs teams to develop marketing strategies that allow Ingram Micro to lead with BU strategies, vs. only being led our vendors' strategies.
This director will work closely with the function leads in Marketing, including Events, Communities, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and Operations, and analyze market and business intelligence to set overall US marketing strategy; plan and execute quarterly campaigns and events; develop incremental plans for single- and multi-vendor market opportunities; and create innovative program opportunities that align with our USTS business unit GTM plans.
This director will lead, manage and grow a diverse cross section of marketing teams, including Brand Management, Multi-Vendor Marketing Programs, and Sales Enablement Programs (30-35 associates total), and report directly to the Vice President, Marketing.
