Position Summary: 

• Mailbox Management (NL Payments)
• Trade Worksheet Forecast Update
• Losses investigation/ clearing 
• Trade Vendor Reconciliation - Biweekly/Monthly
• Payment execution, forecast
• Weekly Non Discount payment execution, forecast 
• Special Vendor Ledger monitoring (SS & PQ EH claims)
• Gains investigation/month-end clearing 

• Bachelor's Degree (Management Accounting, Business/Financial Management, or any related course)
• 3 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable function or general accounting background
• Good grasp of accounts reconciliation and reporting
• Willing to work on mid shift (EU)
• Candidates must have a stable internet connection at home
• Hybrid setup (5 days/month onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig)
