What we are looking for:        

We are hiring for a Business Development Representative for our Small Business (SMB) Sales team focused on growing new accounts or underutilized ones. This is an inside sales role and we are seeking someone that is pro-active, motivated by hitting and exceeding goals, with excellent relationship building skills. Experience in technology sales is preferred.

This roll will cover West Coast Accounts- Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm PST (11am-8pm EST)
Hybrid Schedule of Remote and in Office available after training period.

What you will do:

  • Builds and expands strategic relationships primarily with new and current (under-developed or limited activity customers)
  • Sells programs, products, solutions and services to owned set of accounts
  • Attracts new business and converts prospects into partners
  • Proactively identifies, qualifies and processes new and existing customer leads
  • Executes strategy to grow list of assigned partners

 What you bring to the role:

  • Min High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • 1-3 yrs. of relevant experience, ideal candidate will have prior experience with technology/software sales -Inside Sales/Account Management/Business Development
  • Prior experience in a role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/monthly quotas
  • Familiarity with MS Office Programs-Outlook, Excel & Word is required
  • Knowledge of Ingram Micro Systems Preferred (Impulse)
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written as you will be talking to our customers a lot!
  • Driven to get results and achieve goals
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player
