The position is in the Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity to work remotely a 2-days a week.

 

Your role:

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact within our organization.  You will be responsible for independently running multiple Information Security projects spanning across several business units and regions with minimal guidance using Agile methodologies.

  • Responsible for planning and managing company resources to execute project components from design phase through implementation.
  • Interprets requirements and converts to deliverables.
  • Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical functions.
  • Coordinates project schedules, monitors budgets and assigns tasks.
  • Keeps management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.
  • This role can be highly cross-functional and operates across multiple disciplines.
  • Clearly define and communicate project goals and objectives, key business drivers, expected benefits and outcome, scope, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Specialist in technical or business skills.
  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • 4-year college degree (and/or additional relevant experience in Information Technology/Security field).
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience.
  • Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $74,900 - $101,100 - $127,300 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
