About the Team: 

The Digital Operations team is focused on the development of the Xvantage platform and building digital solutions for Ingram Micro.

Associate Product Manager Job Description

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for the working with the Product Managers on product execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, tracking deliverables against the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to test features as they are released. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure savings and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Associate Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Target Salary: $53,500

Position Summary:
  • Manage roadmap and deadlines
  • Work with business users to gather required information
  • Coordinate UAT process and tracking
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to:
  • Define UAT scenarios
  • Release testing
  • Test across platforms
  • Track results across Product Team
  • Manage business feedback and issue resolution
Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and team leadership skills
  • Demonstrated clear judgement and ability to prioritize
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
