You will combine exceptional channel sales expertise, deep IT industry and Emergency Management and Homeland Security knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills to develop new and existing channel partner and vendor relationships. Further to this, you'll be responsible collaborating with the IMC Public Sector team to help identify partner strategies for Public Safety and Homeland Security for our leading hyper scalers like AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud and Google defining joint GTM and business plans with them and executing against those


  • Proactively develop a community of reseller partners focused in public sector for AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud and Google
  • Build long-lasting relationships with senior executives at their organizations in collaboration with our sales teams
  • Develop joint go-to-market and business plans and execute against them by reporting on progress vs plan.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to deliver a GTM approach for Cloud partners and vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day support and enquiries from the Partners and IM sales teams. Act as the voice of partners within the organization.
  • Develop a motion to help born in the cloud and Infrastructure partners get into the Public Safety and Homeland Security vertical supported by our Cloud OEM’s.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners and offer a strategic and analytical perspective on the partnership, identifying areas of improvement and growth.
  • Manage day to day support and enquiries from identified partners
  • Ensure partners are trained/educated on cloud value proposition in Public Sector for AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud and Google
  • Engage with the cloud vendor Partner Development Managers (PDM’s) in the regions to build a successful partnership to drive and grow partner revenue.
  • Collaborate with our Partner Transformation Program (PTP) Manager to develop our Public Safety and Homeland Security modules for supporting the partners.
  • Emergency management focuses for multiple areas including the local, state, and federal governments, private organizations, and non-profit



You will have…

  • Business Development and Partner Development experience.
  • Experience in the technology sales channel or public sector space.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs/style of the audience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to build and execute on strategic plans over multiple quarters.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management with emphasis in Homeland Security preferred but not required
  • Master’s in emergency management – preferred but not required.
  • Have taken FEMA training courses.
