We are seeking a Key Account Support Representative to join our business.

About You:

The Key Account Support is a key component of the Ingram Micro Sales Team. You have experience working in the below :

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships by assisting in the day-to-day transaction management of an account.
  • This role will cover a wide range of customer service functions but it is largely administration focused role where 70% is administrative duties & 30% is the customer interaction.
  • Components of supporting partners includes but is not limited to phone call 
  • Queue management
  • Quoting and ensuring effective communication of order status as well as supportive and efficient order and problem resolution.

Job Duties include but not limited to:
  • Customer Order Management - Sales order entry and processing order cancellations
  • Administration tasks
  • Customer liaison 
  • Coordinate Credit release
  • Vendor bids
  • Special freight tasks
  • Quoting and checking stock on hand
  • Generating custom reports

  • Strong Attentional to Detail
  • Email Etiquette
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work with Limited Supervision
  • Understanding of Freight Logistics
  • Understanding of Pricing and Margin
  • Customer First Mindset
