Then this your chance to become our Talent Acquisition Specialist for Ingram Micro in Belgium.
 

In the job of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for recruiting top talent for our Belgium organization. In this job you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from the intake interview with the hiring manager to signing the contract of our new colleague. You will qualify the active and passive candidates via our HireGreat interviewing methodology. Furthermore, you will manage our job ads via our online and offline channels and sources.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of our HR Benelux team. In this job you will report directly to our Team Lead Talent Acquisition Benelux, Nela Cedeno. Our HR Benelux team consists of eight people: our HR Benelux Director Hilco van Maanen, Team Lead Talent Acquisition Benelux, HR Manager Belgium, HR Officer Belgium, HR Officer Netherlands, HR Business Partner Netherlands, HR Project Manager Benelux and our HR Officer Netherlands.

Our Executive Managing Director Christophe Defrance and his management team will be your internal customers.

What will you do?

  • Support and advise the business in the recruitment process.
  • You are the Talent Acquisition advisor for our organization in Belgium.
  • Inform your hiring community about the progress of our open jobs.
  • You will actively realize inflow of talent through active sourcing.
  • Approach passive and active job seekers through various channels (i.e. LinkedIn).
  • You keep focus on the latest trends within Talent Acquisition to meet the hiring needs of our Belgium business.
  • Actively involved in our Talent Acquisition projects (i.e. Talent Branding & Campus Recruitment).
  • Assess, and drive our collaboration with external recruitment agencies.
  • Proactively advise, support, and inform hiring managers and other stakeholders with our recruitment demand plans.
  • Inspire our candidates through developing relationships and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for future jobs.
  • Responsible for managing our recruitment processes from writing and publishing job advertisements, candidate pipelining up to issuing candidate offers.
  • You are responsible for providing a great recruitment experience for our candidates and hiring managers, by providing best in class service, guidance, and advice.
  • You will use our ATS (Jobvite) to track candidate and requisition progress.

  • You have a positive and commercial “can-do” attitude consistently delivering above expectations.
  • You are an excellent listener and communicator with strong personal image and poise, recognized for being honest, upfront, and direct with various levels of the organization.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (additionally, French is highly preferred).
