Position Summary

 

Reporting directly to Snr VP, Chief Country Executive and the Executive Leadership Team within the Local Milton Keynes Office the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective EA role.

The successful candidate will demonstrate previous EA experience with excellent confidential, Administration skills and office management skills. Great interpersonal skills, a confident presentation style, and ability to multi-task due to the variety of tasks. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be a key success factor to the post holder’s success.

Specific responsibilities include, though are not limited to

  • Providing a high standard of assistance to the SVP and Management Team
  • Working close with the Snr VP Chief Country Executive on a day to day basis
  • Management of the full Travel lifecycle across the whole Milton Keynes business, including but not limited to Flights, hotels, trains, or any other travel requirements required across the business.
  • Management of the Car Parking registrations via a lottery system for circa 250 associates
  • Organise Events and VIP visits from other IM countries, liaising with counterparts on a global basis
  • OPEX approval, ensuring all department invoices are correctly billed before submitting for payment

Experience and Education, Skills and Personal Attributes (Minimum)

Previous EA experience

Strong MS Office skills

Ability to negotiate

Good Stakeholder Management

Excellent communicator

Previous experience of managing travel bookings

Good command of English language, both oral and written

Great telephone manner

A strong team player
