Reporting directly to Snr VP, Chief Country Executive and the Executive Leadership Team within the Local Milton Keynes Office the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective EA role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate previous EA experience with excellent confidential, Administration skills and office management skills. Great interpersonal skills, a confident presentation style, and ability to multi-task due to the variety of tasks. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be a key success factor to the post holder’s success.

Previous EA experience
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to negotiate
Good Stakeholder Management
Previous experience of managing travel bookings
Good command of English language, both oral and written
Great telephone manner
A strong team player
