Responsibilities: The Associate Client Services Manager (ACSM) is responsible for providing support to assigned Marketing Account Manager (MAM) or Marketing Client Services Manager (MCSM) in the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans or programs. They manage and own a portion of the overall marketing plan or program, assist marketing managers with ROI reporting, act as the focal point for project material coordination by interfacing with clients and / or internally, gathering necessary materials and developing tracking tools. The AMCSM assists in updating budgets and forecasts. They ensure adequate flow of information with various internal groups and /or with clients. They develop an understanding of Ingram Micro reseller customer base for effective planning and execution of activities and events.
Education: Formal education or training: Bachelor's degree or relevant additional experience in a related field.
Experience: Previous work experience: 2 ½ to 4 years related industry experience.
Demonstrated knowledge or similar experience outside of Ingram Micro related to the above Job Description, including the following skills and abilities:
Knowledgeable in: General computer applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Skilled in: Attention to detail, excellent follow-up, basic selling skills, strong writing skills, strong time management skills, strong organizational skills and problem solving skills
Ability to: Work in a team environment and/or independently, drive a project through to completion, effectively communicate with internal/external associates, professional presentation, and business acumen. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
