Professional, Xvantage™ for Customers

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving revenue generation through digital channels. This role will influence customers to adopt Xvantage as their primary way of interacting with Ingram Micro
  • Customer advocate for Xvantage
  • Analyzing, dispositioning and acting on feedback captured through our feedback channels
  • Identifying trends and recommending enhancements or changes to US X4C and Product teams
  • Executing demos with customers
  • Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems
  • Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).. Utilizes data to determine potential changes. May conduct various financial assessments of investments.  

 A four year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience.
