Internal Account Manager

You will……

Be assigned a pre-determined client base to sell – primarily by telephone - products, services, and solutions to our customers whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service

  • Develop an exceptional understanding of the relevant programs, offers, products, services and solutions offered to be able to advise your client base
  • Be solution focused - Enable our customers to provide best in class service and support to their customer base through your expert knowledge
  • Maintain and improve on revenue and profit
  • Coach, support and provide cover for other team members, in absence or to provide specialist knowledge in specific fields when required.
  • Seek and develop new accounts and opportunities on an ongoing basis

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

  • Experience offering solutions, availability, discontinuation & special offers
  • Knowledge of pricing and quotations
  • Experience taking customer orders
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • Experience of proving advice to customers on products and services which fit their business needs


Who you are…

Previous experience in a sales environment at a medium-ranking internal sales level with a proven track record of success. Understanding of appropriate products, solutions and markets an advantage

  • Customer Focused: Inherently understands customer needs and provides the best customer experience.
  • Team Collaborator: Work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer.
  • Business wisdom: Understanding of the customers’ business outcomes and how you can support the customer
  • Results Driven: Interest in driving customer to their outcomes.
  • Effective Communicator: Delivers complex information in a confident and convincing manner, appropriate to a diverse audience.
